This hotel had excellent service in English! Check-in was smooth, with lots of public parking nearby. There were lots of free amenities, the room was very clean, and the location was fantastic.

Great place to stay.

The interior of the bedroom is very dark. I am not sure if the effect they are trying for. The room was small an awkward. Great breakfast.

The management wasn't friendly, i told the miss manager the light in the room wasn't working properly ,she said we will check it out. I think she should offer proper conform to the customers. Also i was asking if i could leaves the car , until 12 . I could walk visit around come get back car . She wouldn't not backed off the policy. If you want a customer come back to your hotel train your staff be friendly able adjusted for small request.

ホテル内も綺麗でお出頃な値段で宿泊出来ました

初めて利用しました。ホテルの駐車場が少なくて、提携の駐車場を利用しましたが、少し遠かったです。清算も有人でとのことでしたが、分かりづらかったことがマイナスでした。部屋自体は家族みんな喜んでくれて、ベッドではぐっすり眠れました！朝食は品数は多くはありませんが、息子が馬肉のメンチカツと熊本ラーメンが気に入ったらしくおかわりしてました。

버스터미널, 구마모토성이 가까이 있음. 한국인 직원이 상시 상주하는건 아니었음. 청소는 하루에 한번은 아니지만 수건은 항상 채워줌.

赤ちゃん連れだったので浴槽があれば良かったです。

房間太暗 隔音不好

There is no large hot spring bath. My kid was just seeing cats behind the building and staff was unfriendly to alert us this area is staff only. Come on just seeing cats there !

酒店很新，房間很清潔，需要用的日用品及梳洗用品可於前枱自取。雖然燈光比較暗，但很喜歡這種氛圍，讓人感到放鬆。早餐品種不多，但很美味，如能再加水果會更好。

アーケード街に近くて便利でした。

バスタブなしシャワーのみですが、シャワーで温まりました。お部屋の備品も必要なのが揃っていて、機能的でよかったです。

離熊本巴士總站非常近，附近也有商店街可以逛。非常好的住宿地點。

酒店很新，設施也很齊全新淨，值得推薦

新酒店乾淨企理，職員有禮接待。由於酒店沒有將早餐時段設計人潮分隔管理，入住五天兼購早餐券，每天0750-0850早餐時段，完全被旅行團攻陷，毫無餐桌禮儀，環境嘈吵。我們唯有0855後才到2樓餐廳食早餐。 下次都會入住，但一定在外出食早餐

とにかく狭い

部屋を掃除するとき、ウェイターはベッドとキルトを整えず、ゴミを取り除くだけでした。部屋とバスルームは掃除されていませんでした。 1名様でご宿泊の場合、歯ブラシとバスタオルは1名様分のみのご用意となります！唯一の利点はベッドが大きいのでぐっすり眠れることです！

近くに飲食店が多いです。外部駐車場が大きな道路の斜向かいにあるため歩くのが不便です。
