Nice and comfortable hotel. Breakfast with many menu choices.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived on foot with a suitcase, and the staff immediately helped me carry it at the entrance. The service was very comprehensive.

All the hotel staff, both security and front desk, were very friendly, and the hotel is very close to GBK. Overall, it's a really good service and experience for us.

Comfortable, clean hotel, outside rooms, strategic location, clean bathroom, food in the restaurant is quite good.

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in/out is fast, the food is varied, and the parking is spacious.

Our weekend staycation was memorable, especially the kids enjoying the pool. Just a suggestion: reconsider adding breakfast for kids. It's too expensive, especially since the kids only ate sausage and cereal, as they don't eat much. Thank you.

I've stayed here many times; the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent. However, in my room, the noise from the next room was clearly audible and sometimes a bit disturbing, as there's a connecting door. Perhaps a soundproofing system could be installed near the door to prevent sound from leaking between rooms. For breakfast, when it was still called Century Hotel, the food was quite good, but the food we tried yesterday was less than I expected. The cafe menu is also standard pastries and bread, although they used to have fried options (fried bananas, bakwan, etc.) Hopefully, the food will improve in the future. Thank you, Artotel

Very strategic hotel, clean hotel, clean rooms, excellent service, delicious and varied food.

It's fun because it's close to GBK and there's a swimming pool.
