Unfortunately during my stay the lift is broken, so it quite troublesome to use stair. For the room condition is quite comfy and neat.

I booked pool view, but they don't give one.

It was a good stay, strategic place.

The room is spacious with big bed, comfortable and very clean. Location is very near to Living World mall and pasar 8 (you can go there by walking). The service is excellent. Even though I cannot taste the legendary tolak angin ice cream because it's run out. Thank you Mr. Ega Pratama, the front office manager and staffs for your hospitality and excellent services. Will definitely stay again at Tentrem Hotel Alam Sutra.

Its smelly from the first time step in the room, old and not comfortable, I don't know if all the room are like tat but the one I stay is not recommendable.

The place is clean and recommended.
