Apartments in Bac Ninh City

The hot-water in bathroom is extremely unstable! And the water volume also not enough. Air-conditioning only can provide the warm air (though I adjust to the cold function) Gym is shabby, not like the photo shown in web and elvator. (It 's OK for simple facility, but not accepted for the false advertising.) But still appreciate for staffs, very professional and kind, the experience in the front desk and restaurant are awesome.

The male receptionist was enthusiastic but disappointed with the charge calculation here. The room was arranged for room 602. I asked what if I stayed, the hotel said they would let me change rooms. Then when I checked out tonight, they said at first because I checked out after 6pm, so I was charged 60%, then they told me to come back before 6pm, but it turned out that because I changed rooms, I had to charge 60%. Obviously, when I checked in, they asked if I wanted to stay, so they said they would change rooms. While before that, at 11am, the family asked me to change rooms, I had already packed all my stuff to move, but they said they would pack right away, but they said they couldn't pack in time, it took more than 2 hours to finish, so I put my stuff in and then took it out again. Disappointed in hotel.

The service of the staff and manager is good and they take good care of customers. I stayed in a room with a veranda, the room structure is good for the price and the best of all is acceptable.

This accommodation is perfect for quick trips and family getaways. It's located right by the park. The park is big and really relaxing to take a walk with your family, good for exercise as they have some exercise equipments attached in the park. ❤️. There service was pleasurable. We didn't have any hard time to communicate with the staff as they have good command of English and were very accommodating ❤️. The food is really great as well. They don't have buffet but you can order as much as you want to make yourself stuff. Amazing! Highly recommended! ❤️. Thank you for the great experience.
