I'm not complaining about Siti (receptionist), but I've noticed that she doesn't use basic courtesies like saying “good morning” or “thank you.” I did have a face-to-face conversation with her about this, and while she didn't apologize, she did say “thank you” at the end. However, I still believe that, as someone in the hospitality industry, it's important for her to consistently incorporate these simple gestures when interacting with guests. I hope she learns from this and strives to show her best courtesy to every guest who comes to Mtree Hotel.
