next time ferry crew be more helpful pls . when yr customer bring luggage to cek on board pls ensure them to get in easly at list u can help them to carry up while they enter yr ferry . many time when i taking yr ferry even those bring small luggage and many thing i carry , all yr ferry crew close 1 eye only . see other batam fast , horizon i always taking to Singapore ( all crew staff is many help ) can't meh yr crew staff do a same thing ????? hope ur company improve yr service provide yr customer safety ,

It was late but very helpful with the ticket exchange, even though there was additional money, it was very solution-oriented. I am very satisfied with Sindo Ferry and Traveloka.
