Went here during school holidays. buy tickets on traveloka. So, still choose the weekend or holiday ticket, even if you come on a weekday. It's not bad if there are vouchers for even cheaper discounts.
When I arrived there were actually 2 cashiers (don't know if there are those in the snow park area or what). Because the one at the front is the cashier for the game master. For the playground, just go straight to the back, there is your own cashier.
As usual, keep the bag in the cupboard provided, deposit 10,000 (after completion the money is returned). You are not allowed to bring food and drink into the games area, but you can go to the storage cupboard for drinks.
The game area is quite large. Starting from the ball pool play area, bicycles, pretend play, slides to the photo area.
The area is quite clean, although the layout of the pretend play area is messy, because usually children like to be taken outside the area.
There is a fairly steep slide at the back, make sure if you bring children under 5 years old you don't climb it yourself.
