The staff didn't really understand about buying tickets using Traveloka. We had an argument for about 30 minutes to convince the staff that the tickets we bought were for the park and soaking pool. I was a bit discouraged, maybe next time I'll just buy offline even though it's a bit expensive.

Take the SM Park package, but the locations are very far from each other. My suggestion is that it's better to just take 1 destination, because it will be a waste to take the first one, because if you've moved to the next destination, you won't be able to go back to the first destination, and if you're bringing stuff, it's a bit complicated to move.

the service in front of the entrance gate is very slow. Parking is charged again by the parking attendant even though the entrance gate has already been charged a fee. other than that, everything is okay.

every time you enter the pool you have to pay. the distance between one pool and another is also far. the waterpark is very far and the water is cold. most of the showers are paid

easy ticket exchange, friendly staff, location is definitely known, the water is real sulfur and there is a waterpark with cold water, many souvenir stands inside, it is definitely crowded on weekends, there are many choices of pools and soaking rooms too, there are also hotels and camping areas
