Fun playground for teenagers and adults. Buy tickets through traveloka at that time to get promo prices. Exchange is smooth without any problems.

Probably would've been more fun if you brought younger children. As an adult, nothing was especially challenging or fun, just so-so. It's a bit on the expensive side, considering the limited things that you can try, and there's a queue for most of the facilities. When I came there on the weekend, some facilities were also on maintenance and not available for use. I suggest coming here with a group of friends if you want to have a fun time. My biggest complaint is having to pay for a locker with a lock. It should be included for customers to put their bags and other personal belongings without being charged extra.

the staff INSIDE are very friendly & helpful. but in all superpark branches, the front or ticket purchase + redeem area is very slow. There's no point in buying online if you can't scan it directly but instead have to queue behind people who are confused about buying directly and want to pay with debit/cash/open the app again. this happens in all branches, and I always choose the morning hours so it's quiet and I don't have to queue. eeehh it turns out that no matter what time I come, the main complaint is the long Redeem process. So it seems like the management's fault. But, once again, this is a fun Playground for children aged 7-8 years and above. It can also be for quality time with parents because they can join in playing. It would be even better if all the facilities could be played because there are some parts that are under repair.

The staff is friendly and takes the initiative to help, if there are any items left behind, they will be informed immediately, the place is clean and comfortable.

My son got sent away after 2 hours despite my purchase of 3 hour session. waiting time to queue for the entrance was slow, No water redemption with entrance tix like the one in Denpasar, Bali

Spacious, big, not boring game

go with the first hour not a lot of people not crowded and you really can work up a sweat.

Friendly 6/10 There are many games, but there are still some that are not yet operational, bought a 3-hour ticket but after playing for 1 hour, I was tired and bored

The staff very informative, helpfull and friendly. They helped my "visual impairment" daughter to play safety at superpark.

I came on Sunday at 6 pm, it wasn't crowded, I could try all the games without queuing / queuing for a while. The place is cool but still sweaty because of physical activity. Unfortunately at that time there were some games that were not available (under maintenance). Overall, it's okay for those who want to try so they don't get bored of going to the mall and just shopping. There are lockers that are paid for at 10 thousand / hour. The toilet is outside so it's okay to go in and out of the area. If you're thirsty, there are those who sell drinks and snacks but you can't bring them into the game area except mineral water.

It's really fun to come here.. especially if you come on a weekday, so it's quiet.. And we bought the tickets from Traveloka, the price is cheaper than buying on the spot. And the good thing about weekdays is, we can choose unlimited tickets, so we can play as much as we want.. Prepare some drinking water ammunition... you can buy it in the inner area too. The only minus if you come on a weekday like this, there are areas that are closed, there are also slides that are not opened, closed by ropes 😆
