What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is an industry-standard digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan from your carrier without having to use a physical SIM. You can install eSIM and use two phone numbers at the same time.

How to install and use eSIM after the purchase?

The voucher ID (redemption code) on your Traveloka voucher is valid within 30 days from the booking date. Please redeem the code before the expiration date. 

Follow 3 simple steps below to activiate your eSIM:

Please note that the QR code on your Traveloka voucher cannot be used to activate the eSIM. To activate the eSIM, you have to scan the unique QR code sent to your email by Gohub.

You do not need to remove your current physical SIM card and are free use the physical SIM and eSIM in parallel on the same device.
