By purchasing, holding and/or using a ticket, the customer accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Definition

Events: Any attractions, entertainment facilities or performances at Melco Macau properties;

Tickets: Any ticket to any event at Melco Macau;

Venue: Any venue hosting an event;

Melco/Event Sponsor (if not Melco): Event Sponsor. Please refer to event information for details;

Event schedule: date, time, duration, location, number of viewers, participating artists, etc.;

Customer: The purchaser/holder/consumer of a ticket.

2. Purchase tickets

Tickets can only be purchased through authorized sales channels, such as Melco’s official website, Melco’s WeChat mini program, Melco’s box office or Melco’s official authorized agents.

Customer agrees not to obtain or attempt to obtain any Tickets through bots, scripts, automated tools or other similar methods, or through any other illegal or unauthorized means or activities.

Any tickets purchased through unofficial and/or unauthorized channels will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.

Maximum of six (6) tickets per transaction (subject to change by event or product).

All prices are in MOP and subject to applicable fees and taxes.

If the transaction is not completed, the price may change.

3. Ticket redemption/receipt

Tickets can only be redeemed/collected at the Melco Box Office (or any other designated counter/kiosk).

Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) reserve the right to refuse any redemption/collection of tickets and/or cancel any tickets obtained/purchased in breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to where the customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activities .

4. Tickets

Tickets are valid for the event, time, location and seats specified on the ticket.

Tickets are not redeemable for cash, points, discounts or other items.

All tickets have a unique reference number and security features.

Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) may replace any lost, stolen or damaged tickets upon presentation of a valid photo ID/passport that is consistent with Melco and/or or the system information of the event organizer (if applicable).

Tickets that are damaged, tampered with, copied, handwritten, counterfeit, water damaged and/or altered in any way, or that contain any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.

Copies, screenshots and/or photos of tickets are invalid and will not be accepted.

5. Transfer, replacement, cancellation and refund

All ticket sales are final.

All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be modified and/or canceled.

Tickets may not be resold or resold at any price.

Tickets are not transferable, exchangeable, cancelable or refundable.

If Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) cause a transaction error due to human error or website system failure, Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) must consider the relevant circumstances and either reprocess the transaction or refund the full amount. 7. Electronic tickets

Customers can use e-tickets to attend events.

E-tickets can also be exchanged for physical tickets.

To redeem physical tickets, customers must present their e-tickets at the box office (or any other designated counter/kiosk) at least one hour before the event.

In addition, customers must present the following documents to redeem physical tickets for the event:

• Credit card for online transactions;

• Valid photo ID/passport of the credit card holder; and

• Confirmation number, voucher, receipt and/or any other relevant confirmation document (if applicable).

If the credit card holder does not attend the event and/or cannot be present, the customer must also present the following when redeeming tickets:

• Client’s valid photo ID/passport;

• Credit card for online transactions;

• Copy of valid photo ID/passport of the credit card holder; and

• Authorization letter from the credit card holder authorizing the customer to redeem physical tickets.

If the customer is unable to provide any of the above documents, the customer will not be able to redeem the physical ticket.

8. Free tickets/discount tickets

Free tickets are not eligible for cash refund.

In the event of closures, cancellations, delays or extensions, free ticket holders should contact the department that provided the tickets to exchange their tickets.

Customers who wish to enjoy event discounts must present any documents specified by Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) before purchasing and/or redeeming/collecting tickets.

Customers holding free tickets and/or discounted tickets must present identification documents, including but not limited to Macau ID card, passport or other identification documents with photos, before entering the venue.

9. Force majeure

Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) will not be responsible for the postponement or cancellation of the event due to any force majeure, such as power outage, fire, explosion, flooding, typhoon, storm or similar disaster, strike, labor dispute, unusually severe weather , war, riot, insurrection, civil strife, acts or threats of terrorism, acts of God, infectious disease outbreaks, industrial action, acts or regulations of national or local governments, governmental orders or decrees, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

In this case, Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) will not be responsible for any compensation other than refunding the ticket price to the original ticket purchaser.

10. Venue/Event Tickets

Only legal holders of valid tickets may enter the relevant venue/event. One vote per person, regardless of age. Clients should arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the event. Latecomers may be denied admission until an appropriate break as determined by Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable). Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue and event and to determine the time and manner of customer admission.

Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who behaves in a disorderly, impolite or inappropriate manner, or who poses a threat to safety or the event, without refund or compensation.

For security purposes and upon request, ticket holders may be screened before entering the venue and for this purpose must open any bags, packages or other items in their possession prior to entry. 11. Venue/Event Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the venue/event.

The sale and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages (if permitted by the relevant event) is only available to customers aged 18 and over.

Cell phones, all portable communications devices or any other electronic devices should be prohibited on the premises so as not to disrupt the event.

Cameras, audio recorders and video recorders are not permitted within the venue unless authorized in advance by Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable). 12. Expulsion from venue/event

Customers who cause a nuisance, behave inappropriately or refuse to comply with the requirements of Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) will be ejected from the event without refund or compensation.

Customers who do not consent to being searched or do not submit to any applicable security procedures during the event may be ejected from the venue without refund or compensation.

13. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Customers are solely responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.

Events may include flashing lights, loud sound effects, fog, pyrotechnics, hydraulic effects, animatronics, lights and other special effects. Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) will not be responsible for any health problems directly caused by participating in the event.

Customers attending events do so at their own risk. The client voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the activity, whether before, during or after the activity. Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) will not be responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, liability or death resulting therefrom.

Client assumes all risk and responsibility for any medical conditions related to participation in the event. Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) will not be responsible for any personal injury, health problem or death suffered during the event, whether caused directly or indirectly by any existing medical condition of the customer.

The customer shall indemnify and hold Melco and/or the event organizer (if applicable) harmless from and against all actions, claims and claims made by any person who suffers property damage or personal injury or death due to the customer's negligence or willful misconduct. Any requests made.

14. General provisions

15. Violation of these Terms and Conditions

If a customer breaches these terms and conditions, Melco may, without prior notice,
