The usage date on the voucher is for reference only. Please place your order according to the scheduled collection date.

After the SIM card is opened, it must be used within a limited period. It cannot be recharged or reused (only airtime charges can be recharged).

When you go to the counter to pick up the phone card, it will be activated on-site and calculated on a 24-hour basis. Each passenger ID can only purchase one SIM card.

This product is subject to relevant regulations and can only be purchased by non-Taiwanese passengers. Please have your passport ready when redeeming

Japanese card lock machine users cannot use this SIM Card, please order Taiwan WiFi machine products.

Passengers must be over 18 years old to pick up the card, and please prepare two IDs to pick up the goods. The detailed rules are as follows:

【Chinese tourists】

(1) China pass, Taiwan entry permit

(2) Chinese passport, Chinese pass

【Tourists from Hong Kong and Macao】

(1) Hong Kong and Macao passports, Taiwan Entry Permit

(2) Hong Kong and Macao passports and ID cards

[Passengers of other nationalities]

(1) Passport and entry stamp

(2) Passport, national driver’s license

(3) Passport and visa

(4) Passport, APEC Business Travel Card

[Philippines/Thailand/Vietnam/Indonesia/Laos/Cambodia] When applying from 6 countries

(1) Only available for 3, 5, and 7-day travel prepaid cards. If you have other needs, please contact the direct sales store.

(2) Only passengers arriving on the same day will be accepted. The date of the entry stamp in the passport shall prevail. If the entry stamp is not stamped due to automatic customs clearance, the boarding pass or air ticket will be used as proof.

If the above conditions are not met and the card cannot be collected, no refund will be given.
