The quality of service is quite good, the staff is friendly. The ship is clean and the AC is very cold. Get free drinking water and free cut watermelon. Toilet facilities are also quite good. The most affordable prices compared to other ship services. Recommended.

The return boat from Phi Phi Island to Phuket left on time. The staff on the boat provided very good service. There are snacks and food for sale on the boat at the same price as on the island. The bathrooms are clean and are always cleaned. The car picks up at the pier and takes you to your destination quickly. The staff are polite and the service is very good. We recommend booking with Traveloka for a very good price.

The bus picked up at the hotel on time. There is an officer waiting to receive you in front of the pier. The ticket exchange was quite chaotic because there were a lot of passengers. The boat didn't leave on time, 30 minutes late. The inside of the boat was spacious. There are life jackets at every seat. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase. Restrooms are clean. It is considered a worthwhile ferry trip and the price is good. When booking through the website

Easy to use, no problems, good price

Booking was easy with voucher for ferry emailed within minutes. We had booked and paid for a transfer to our hotel to be included however when we arrived at the ferry port we were told we owed an additional amount for the transfer. I’m not sure why and didn’t really get any answer to this. The ferry was very comfortable with plenty of space for luggage. Our hotel transfer was waiting at the pier when we arrived. It was a very cramped and uncomfortable journey to the hotel. I would book without the transfer if using again.
