I had a massage here and that was perfect and the masseur was very friendly and super professional!😃 The big downside was the bad maintenance of the building; there was no changing room that was lockable, the toilet seat was missing (!) and the door handle of the massage room broke off when I tried to leave the room :O. Also, while leaving you come to the ground floor again and you are welcomed by the "delicious" cigarette smoke of the café-restaurant 🤮 Those are not exactly relaxing circumstances...you can do so much better!

If you're considering staying at IN Gallery Hotel & Spa in Korçë, think twice—especially if you're an LGBTQ traveler. We were excited to stay in what looks like a beautiful hotel, but our stay was nothing short of frustrating. The hotel has a nice style, the rooms are large and the breakfast was good. However the hotel falls short in many areas: the rooms have rather a poor finishing, the paint is boorishly done, and there is nothing handy or practical, the pool in the spa was cold, despite being advertised as heated. Generally the staff was unwelcoming. This place was by far the most expensive of all of our stays in Albania. We expected a better service and more openess to travellers from different horizons. We faced a situation that I see as discriminatory. After several failed attempts to book treatments, the therapist refused to book us in with vague excuses each time, I realized something was wrong. On our last visit to the spa, he claimed he couldn't accept my booking because they were fully booked. We sat at the spa for a long time, and the therapist never worked, all the treatment rooms were empty... It became clear that I was likely being refused service because of my sexual orientation, which is both discriminatory and unacceptable. I don't think this hotel is ready to offer the hospitality or service you'd expect, they have a lot of work to do to improve their customer service and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially LGBTQ guests.

Convient and centrally in Korce. Stunning views of the mountains and of the main cathedral. Staff at the hotel were attentive and courteous. Our room had modern amenities and was well designed. The spa was very relaxing and conveniently located inside the hotel. The hallway could use more lighting but that's an easy fix. The views from the rooftop restaurant is breathtaking both in the morning and during sunset.

Hotel is located right in the center of the city and from the restaurant on the 5th floor you can enjoy both mountain and city views, including the famous Korca cathedral. The daily breakfast was delicious traditional food which i loved. Overall i really enjoyed my experience

Beautiful contemporary hotel! Great location. Very good and abundant breakfast at rooftop bar. Highly recommended.
