The hotel is in a very central area of Vienna, opposite road there is underground station and 25mins walk away from main attractions. Breakfast was good and it is a good 3 star hotel, it has all the basics and clean.

Right across from the train station and a reasonable walk to city center, the location was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were very nice. Would definitely stay again and recommend

We appreciated how comfortable, clean, and convenient Haydn Hotel was at a very reasonable price. The staff exhibited classical Viennese professionalism and made our stay worriless and pleasant. We will certainly stay here again!

Location was good, but the hotel was quite average. Lift was very small and looked old. There was a strange smell in the lobby on top floor, before accessing the room. Room was ok, but the bed not very comfortable.

Good location, clean, good size room. Helpful and nice staff. Not 5 stars indeed - toiletries were missing except hand soap, mini fridge didn’t work, no coffee maker, AC was blowing into our face at night and the summer blankets were too thick and hot. We needed a place for three people so the choice was very limited. If one needs a place to sleep and continue to explore Vienna this hotel is good for the purpose.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and especially appreciated the availability of an early check in. We really liked the proximity to places to eat and the short walk to the museum district, which is why you pay more for an older room like this. That being said, the family suite was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were also very comfortable! The only downsides were that the floors were dirty/dusty and the woman at the check in desk was very unfriendly, but this didn't deter us.

Location is excellent. The hotel is old and very basic. The beds are very small, the TV did not work and the toilet seat was as completely unattached from the toilet. (Made it very hard to sit)

Spacey family room, rich breakfast at a terrace overlooking a terrific scene, warm and caring service! Enjoyed a lot!
One thing to be aware of, is that the way up to the hotel is not for weak hearted - sometimes the drive is on a narrow weaving road with no safe fence on the road side. Night drives might be challenging.

Nothing fancy, but a comfortable, clean hotel on the main shopping street in Vienna. Hotel is very quiet, but the street can be noisy. Staff is friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to U-bahn.
