Wonderful staff and facilities. The bed was super comfortable and the room and en-suite were spotless. The spa facilities sauna/steam room/pool were fabulous and we didn’t realise that there was a steam room and plunge pool too! Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. The interior decoration is classy and the service quality is excellent. Due to lack of time, we did not use most of the hotel amenities such as the gym and indoor pool. In future visits to Vienna, we will plan a longer stay at this hotel to enjoy its facilities.

Attrative exterior, decent spa and gym. Our room was cold and we had to get a heater brought in. They didnt always refresh our water- one day we had two bottles, another day one, another day none. Some staff were super friendly, others a little less so. Good location and drinks in the bar were geberously poured

I checked in earlier than the check-in time. I communicated with the hotel regarding leaving my luggage at the front desk if I was unable to check in early. When I arrived, I was able to check in! The lady who helped me was from Japan & she guided me with Christmas markets & shopping details since I was in Vienna during Christmas m. Her info was very helpful & she was friendly! As for the room: there were a few stains on the carpet & bedding. There was no door to the shower so water went on the floor outside the shower & the water temperature was not warm enough which has been a recurring theme since I’ve been traveling to different countries within Europe in the last week. I wish they provided robes in the room as well.

Great hotel in a good location near train station & tram line. Staff provided excellent service and spa area was really smart (pool could be a little warmer) really comfortable and clean rooms- would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel! Higher than any expectations! Brand new

The best stay. My partner and I went back and forth a lot about where to stay in Vienna as we couldn’t afford some of the hotels very close to the city centre (like in Stephansplatz area) but we didn’t want to be too far out. This hotel was perfect. It was a couple of stops on the train to the centre and a 3 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. We also walked to the Belvedere area one day which took less than 30 minutes and we got to enjoy the botanical garden on the way. The hotel is extremely clean, modern and luxurious. We were so happy with our room and especially the bathroom was very clean. Everything is like it’s recently been decorated brand new. Would recommend to anyone.

Large hotel that caters to conventions.

This is a stunning property. We loved it so much, we cancelled our hotel for the second part of our holiday to remain at this location. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious with a sitting area. It included a mini fridge as well. The pool was really fun (not terribly warm but fine once you got in), and there are nice spas downstairs (hot tub, cold plunge, and saunas of different temperatures). The restaurant food was good, we ate there twice. Service was hit or miss. The bar is a nice place to sit and was lively. There are nice areas to sit inside and outside. The hotel is conveniently located close (3-min walk) to a train station and a shopping mall with a grocery store. Great place to grab food for breakfast or lunch. You can take the train all over Vienna from there, and the airport. There are lots of cute shops and restaurants in the area. We’d love to stay here again and highly recommend!!

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent Hotel just outside the city with the benefits of swimming pool and spa

I love the pool area and the gym. I also loved the decor throughout the property. The only thing I did not like was the way the staff treated each other. Some members of the staff were really rude to their colleges
