Hotel is wonderfully located with easy access to trams and metro to the city and airport. There is a slight walk for tram and metro stops but even with for a baby and two large suitcases it wasn't too bad. Hotel staff are very friendly and we're very accommodating with our late arrival and we were able to leave our luggage at reception on check out as we had a late departure. Room was clean and travel cot provided was sufficient for our needs.

Good location,could either walk or take 71 tram into the centre.Friendly,helpful staff at the hotel,receptionist took us to the well equipped apartment and described how to use coffee maker etc.,very comfortable bed,well stocked mini bar but rather expensive,good supermarket and baker opposite the hotel,Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchenette made it very easy to make coffee to take out to the balcony. There was a tram stop 2 minutes away, no need for a car.

Needed just a quick stay in Vienna before heading out on a train the next morning. This hotel got the job done. Not a whole lot of frills and it is more of the apartment style room with the kitchen in it rather than your traditional hotel. I wasn't there very long but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler.

Exceptional stay - couldn’t recommend enough!! Staff service is superb (particularly Sabina), room really comfortable and spacious with fully equipped kitchen if you want to stay in. Plus really clean and lovely big bathroom. It’s approx 25/30 min walk into city square - We’ll def return. Thank you

This is a new property and is well maintained. We are especially grateful to Julia who helped us with some laundry issue. It within walking distance of the old town and very quiet. We would stay there again.
