There is no place like home, but this one comes close. Second time here. We've been picked up by the hotel shuttle, all in good order, amazing hosts that made us feel welcomed. The heat seemed to be a bit of a problem hence the low score this time.

I stayed in this hotel and was overcharged €75 by a staff . The hotel alleged that I died my hair in the evening and that there was evidence of this all over the bathroom floor, but that of course is false; I have blonde hair and I use a purple shampoo, but I used that in the shower. The hotel attempted to charge me €100 but ended up charging me €75. When I called the hotel to speak to them about this, I was told that if I didn’t like it, there was nothing I could do about it. And addition to this, the staff member, I spoke to told me that it was “typical of a Jew to complain about such menial charges”. During my stay at this property, I faced significant antisemitism from staff and abuse. This is one of the worst hotels in Belgium and does a terrible disservice to the ibis brand.

Party hotel: You can rent a party space in this hotel! And after the party, drunk loud guests go to their rooms waking up the rest of the guests. Early flight and need off a good nights rest before? Skip this hotel lots of other ones with a "non party policy".

It's an airport hotel but it is nice clean and the shuttle bus is handy. I cannot understand why they do not have the restaurant menu online.

Friendly staff, rooms were clean and modern. Plus you can keep your car parked in their parking lot for a little extra including shuttle service.
