The hotel is new and modern, with all the quality of amenities you would expect.
But despite booking early in the year and requesting joining rooms it is expected for my wife and I to be on a different floor to our young children.
The service at the pool and bar is shocking, there are lots of staff but a large table was seated after we had ordered and they were served, had eaten and had left and we still hadn’t received our meals despite asking numerous times.
The management is none existent and ineffective as far as I can see. I have been here 24 hours and am still waiting for the general manager to make contact.
I don’t hold much hope for anything to be done as the staff’s attitude seems to be one of take it or leave it….
If you are looking for a family hotel with good service in Brazil then look elsewhere.

We had a great few days in this hotel/resort. kids club and pool were great, fun bike riding and swimming in the sea. Restaurants were good and staff very friendly ans helpful.

Came here with friends and we had a lovely 3 nights. The location is incredible and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone's stay enjoyable. The waiters at the restaurant were always very accommodating and patient with our large group. Definitely get a room with a balcony to take in the views. Laundry is a bit overpriced, but that's to be expected at this level of a hotel.

Terrible!!!
The room was not prepared for my son and daughter until 23h in the evening, besides that it was so loud from the restaurant outside I could not sleep until 1 am. Next day I complained but with no result, again until 1 am listening to loud music in my room. I was actually glad to leave the hotel and finally relax and have some sleep.
Everyone was super friendly but did not help get a better result.
