Best customer service, which is why we came back to this hotel. The staff is super nice and friendly. They were able to provide us a late check out, which we really appreciated. I was super surprised they even brought up a surprise cake for my birthday, which was super sweet.

We visited from the United States and had a wonderful stay here while in Phnom Penh. Staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The morning breakfast provided the opportunity to try many cultural foods from around the world. The views from our room were a wonderful way to relax and wind down from each day. Would recommend staying to others.

We were delighted with the level service provided, however, we found several issues with our rooms smelling bad because the air conditioning filters have not been replaced. Unfortunately for us this impacted our entire stay as the bad smell gave us perpetual headaches. At that price point, Hyatt Regency should spend more in ensuring their rooms smell better. Guests are paying a pretty penny to stay here.
I have to say that breakfast was great but if it were solely based on the rooms, I would not stay here again.

Beautiful property, great staff, lovely room and very nice pool.
One proviso though… very friendly courteous polite staff but service very slow. Can wait 10 to 15 minutes for a drink ( coffee) even when the area is quiet.
