Me and my husband stayed here for the weekend, it was a very clean room and they accommodated our dogs to which was awesome, the breakfast was super good and staff was really friendly. Defiantly would book here again!

Just finished a 3-night stay for a ski vacation with my son. The Hotel is a little further from the downtown center, but definitely walkable. It is also the 1st or 2nd stop for the free shuttle buses that run to Sunshine and Lake Louise daily, so you've got a great chance of getting a seat. The Facilities are nice and the breakfast buffet has a variety of food options. Would stay there again on a future trip.

Rooms were small and dimly lit. Floors hadn’t been vacuumed before we arrived and were very dirty. Common areas were fun and comfortable.

Location was great in town. Free shuttle for ski hill was right in front of hotel. Breakfast was included. Loved the little coffee bar which also served snacks and drinks. Cozy lobby. Loved the outside hot tubs and sauna. We didn’t use the cool plunge pool but you could get the whole spa experience. Rooms cozy.

Great stay at Canalta Lodge between Christmas and New Year. Nice, clean rooms with helpful staff. Good breakfast options and enjoyed the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna. We even received rental discounts from Snowtips-Backtrax when mentioning Canalta.

Rooms are nice but not as cozy as some of the other Banff properties. A big downside is parking is $19/night whereas it is free at most other properties in Banff, but there is free continental breakfast.
Outdoor hot tub and sauna is lovely.
