Great room, excellent view, reasonable price

Near highway so heard traffic. Marmots living under deck so deck was covered with marmot feces and lots of urine surrounding deck. Doors didn’t seal so large spiders in corners. Air conditioning worked well but noisy. Not in walking distance to anything but easy to drive to places.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one week stay at the Villa!!! It is a perfect homebase To explore the amazing wineries and all that the border towns have to offer! Thank you for taking such good care of me! I will be back! (The most comfortable sleep I’ve had in years!)

Great room. Spacious. Smell not very good. Spray too much fume

I liked the quiet and the view, but the stuff inside the place are pretty old(ex: the hairdryer holder and coffee machine, toilet paper holder, even the door, and handle was hard to close the door.. some lights are not working...etc), but staff is nice and quick response on first day, helped stabled the hairdryer holder, but then after I thought the service was nice, second day of stay I feel they ignored my message... So I think depending on how many days you stay... They will be nice to you until the last day then they won't care what you need anymore. I read other comments, and they are legit, there is a bad smell from the washroom and the whole room does smell like urine, but we only stayed for 2 nights so it didn't bothered us too much because most of the time we were out. But I think if we stay longer , it will not be very pleasant. The beds are pretty old too.. very soft.

Lovely location outside town, in an orchard, with views of Osoyoos Lake from the deck. Touchless arrival and departure - did not meet anyone connected to the villa. Suite was large with tile floors and clean.

It exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful room and washroom. It’s very spacious and I was surprised how clean it was! Bedsheets were so white, I didn’t find a single stain. The view is breathtaking! I enjoyed waking up in the morning and seeing the sunrise with my coffee. The only little critique I would say is, during the night the A/C would go on for five minutes and then stop for two minutes and then start again for five minutes and so on. This wouldn’t have been an issue for me to mention here, but the A/C was very loud and it was hard to fall asleep to the noise. However, we did manage to find a way around the AC by just turning it off and keeping the fan on. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends!!

Very unique layout but very nice. Very convenient and cozy with private parking and a spectacular view.

The jetted tub is nice after a long ride. The air conditioner is either inadequate or broken. I swear it was blowing warm air.

Rooms are nice, fantastic view. Good staff. I only didn't like the smell near this property. Some kind of nasty smell. And little repair needs for Bathroom accessories. Overall this property is excellent.

This is a hidden gem, if you don’t mind staying just 5 mins outta town. the view was great and the room is very nice.

Nice clean room with a fantastic view of the lake. Balcony was awesome to sit on in the evening and it is located close to Osoyoos; easy drive for supper or the beach. Only negative was the room was not cleaned daily and there is no one to check with. We needed clean towels and assumed it would be freshened up while we were away at golf...did not happen...they do provide a text contact option but it was a little late to get clean towels; based on the price you would assume daily cleaning....just a heads up....would still recommend
