We had a fabulous stay for 3 nights visiting family in the area over the holidays. The staff was across the board so friendly and accommodating. The valet parking staff were responsive and great, as we were in and out a lot. Our booking gave us access to the 20th floor lounge, which I highly recommend. It provided a relaxing atmosphere that included a daily complimentary hot breakfast, as well as evening snacks, and drinks; great value! The swimming pool was lovely and a perfect temp. . We brought our small dog and the staff couldn't have been friendlier toward her. They welcomed her with a package filled with treats and a roll of doggie bags. The hotel is situated in the downtown area, which while convenient , like so many downtown cities sadly has a homeless sector. While we never felt unsafe, we didn't wander too far from the property. This is now our new home away from home while in the London area!

Very disappointing. The room was extremely cold when we arrived. The bedding was pretty thin so we called down for an extra blanket. It was also thin and had holes in it. The caulking in the bathtub was black and peeling.
There was no pamphlet in the room with the hotel amenities or services (restaurant menu, pool hours etc.) and nothing with the wifi password. Despite the hotel being mostly empty according to the concierge, the was no hot water in the morning for showers.

Overall decent hotel. Nothing special. Good location. Parking cost is too much. Signature Club doesn’t offer anything outstanding and you do pay for drinks. Saunas are small and specific to male/female change rooms so you can’t relax with your spouse. No hot tub, pool only.
