Convenient location for our needs. Great service. Would recommend

We have been staying at this property for 8 years. The last 3 times we have gone we have noticed things changing drastically. The complimentary Managers Reception used to be fantastic for food and service. It’s now terrible for service and other than some potato chips and packets of saltine crackers there is no food. The morning breakfast has also gone downhill with the number of choices and poor quality of food. Our room was next to the elevator and very loud as well the morning housekeepers were vacuuming very early. Our kitchen had no dishes. We were offered paper plates and plastic cutlery from the front desk. Our room was missing a garbage can. The attention to detail and the little extras that set this hotel above others are unfortunately no longer there for at least the last 18 months. The front lobby used to be beautiful. It now has almost dead plants/trees and a broken water feature. The furniture is looking tired in the lobby and it was ‘well worn’ in our room. It’s time to try another hotel that offers a more upscale service and the extras that this hotel used to offer.

Great stay

Convenient to the airport with free shuttle running back and forth d dry 30 minutes. Our flight was cancelled and this hotel was accommodating.

Excellent shuttle service. Close proximity to airport. Clean. Friendly staff. Easy and convenient parking. Will return.

I have stayed there a few times now and always enjoy my stay, rooms are spacious and clean, staff is always kind and helpful. Will definitely be going back

The room is nice clean and spacious. But the breakfast is not good

Clean hotel, but no in door activities for guest. The staff was professional and nice! This is the first embassy suites that inform guest during breakfast that they are about to breakdown the buffet and if we would like anything else. I have never experienced this! This is being thoughtful to guest!

It's an airport hotel. Not a great view of anything but a good place to get a cheap good clean room for a good price. The pickup at the airport by the shuttle was a bit of a wait.

Really good value, convenient walk to some restaurants and has 24-hr shuttle service

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is great. Friendly personnel at front desk. Unfortunately, dinner at restaurant was poor. Christmass dinner included very salty soup (we returned untouched) and a very hard/dry unedible turkey. Restaurant was under staffed and service was very slow.

They have very good free breakfast buffet, free shuttle service that brought us to Terminal 1 so we can have access to UP express train going to downtown...very clean room and cozy...

We arrived at 2 am. No problem. Our room had two glasses and that was it no silverware coffee cups etc Need two buses in am for people going to airport Driver was nice but bus old and heater not working Window in room was open; couldn’t shut due to freezing temps. Server kept lingering around at breakfast fishing for a tip.
