Our stay was unplanned, as a result of flight delays. It was very easy and quick to book the room, and catch the airport shuttle to the hotel within a very short time.
The room was well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Staff were wonderful.

The place is really convenient. A lot of restaurants around it & you can take a shuttle for free to the airport. There is also a metro just 5-10 minutes walking.

Conveniently located in the heart of Richmond. In general clean facility, but found comforter was stained. Shower found to be quite slippery. Heater making noises - could be quite disturbing to those who are sensitive to noises. Staff members were very polite and helpful.
