The quality of this hotel has gone down quite a bit. We have stayed here many times previously and this was by far the worst experience. The hotel was loud, the room was dirty (old ear plugs, hairs, mold) and the bed and pillows are very old and need to be replaced. We will not be back.

walked into the ‘suite’ with the toilet running and did not stop all night, creaky bed, shower and toilet had streaks which looked like they had not been upkept for sometime. shower drain was broken and no water pressure from the shower or the sink. shower head and sink would scream when u turn them on.

Love staying here. The GM here is also fantastic. Could’ve used a bit of ice melt as lot was extremely slick. Maybe fill the body wash too.

We spent 2 nights at this property for my sisters Birthday. our room was very spacious and clean. Super quiet too! Breakfast was good, coffee excellent. The pool was amazing and all 3 times we went down to use it, we were the only ones there!!
If I had one suggestion it would be some better instructions for the television. We couldn't find a guide anywhere, and I couldn't see an option for netflix.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, but the hotel itself and rooms are very dated and is in need of several upgrades and repairs. I didn’t match the “Hampton” footprint, and what I expected from a Hampton property.
