The staff were absolutely delightful. Very clean rooms. And felt very safe being there even as a solo traveling female. Only complaint was the shower made a weird very loud noise while the water was running. But I mean can I really be complaining about something so small! No!! Our stay was fantastic and completed with amazing staff.

There was a hockey tournament going on.
We never heard anything, the staff where amazing, large portion of food,the room are very clean and supper comfortable.

Disappointed with my stay. The pool and gym were closed, and the restaurant didn’t even open for breakfast. It felt like the hotel was in desperate need of attention and updates. Definitely not what I expected for the price.

Beds were so soft that it screw up my back no matter how i slept. Didn't have much to offer for coffee or anything to really mix with it. Outlets were pretty small where i couldnt fit 2 plugs side by side. Toilet was so close to the ground it made it difficult to get up or down for being tall. Not much available for tv for new years. Not satisfied with my purchase of staying here. Not reccomended.

I booked a stay at the Holiday Inn in through Hotels.com, choosing the ‘pay at property’ option. After a two-hour drive from and arriving late at night, I was shocked to find that my reservation had been canceled. The hotel attempted to charge my card in the morning, but when it didn’t go through, they canceled the booking without any attempt to contact me.
To make things worse, I had an early event the next morning, but the only alternative they provided was a hotel that 45-minute drive away. This forced me to wake up even earlier and drive again in the morning, making an already long night even more exhausting.
Overall, the lack of communication and disregard for guest convenience was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend booking here if you’re relying on pay-at-property or need certainty about your reservation.

Hotel is under construction. We were placed in a wing where every other room was being gutted. There was paint and drywall pieces /dust everywhere in the hall. Room doesn’t have e a closet or dresser so no where to put clothes. And the heater was extremely loud. Couldn’t sleep.

The main lobby is under renovations and upper floors. We stayed on the 6th and it was perfect. Breakfast at the hotel was good. We forgot to bring a corkscrew and the front desk loaned us one. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature. We would stay here again if in the area.
