The hotel looks very modern. I went with my family and we got a room on the 11th floor (or 12th). It was comfortable but it didn't have a good ventilation. It had a bathroom smell all the time, and the blanket for the extra bed had hair. The location is close to a shopping center.

Everything was A1. We had an issue with the AC that was cooling too much the room but they offer us a free upgrade room change that was perfect. Not my first stay there and certainly not my last.
Also there was room for the parking. Pool and gym was clean and available.

The location is awesome for shopping and close to hospital, restaurants,etc. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional.

Broken chair, sofa cover was ripped off, bed was extremely uncofortable and noisy. Basically all furniture were worn out!
Bathroom was dirty and rusty in some places.

First time in a “non-carpeted” hotel room and I loved it. Takes away the uncertainty of how clean the floor is. Night stand lights were not working. After highlighting this to the front desk, a maintenance person came to the room but indicated that I had to report the issue the next day to have it fixed.

Shower broke while we were there. Room never cleaned, we book a room with 3 beds and get 2 towels.
Call to have showe fixed they send a guy with a plunger. Just awful. No drinks or snacks for sale on site

Les ascenseurs sont un vrai cauchemar. Super petit et la limite de poids maximum est très faible. Ce qui fait que nous avons dû attendre très longtemps pour avoir accès. Il y avait une file d’attente d’au moins 20 personnes. Et à chaque utilisation, cela a été le même problème. Franchement, pour un hôtel de 11 étages, les ascenseurs devaient être améliorés.

We have stayed at the Hotel Classique several times because it is fairly priced and near relatives. The rooms have been recently upgraded and are very comfortable. Service is rapid and good. We could have done with another chair at the little table. The pool is small but you can do lengths in it if you get there early enough. My only criticism is the absence of mats in the gym. They have treadmills and ellipticals and weight machines but no mats.

The rooms would need a fresh coat of paint or some remodeling.
The paint was cracking with humidity in the bathroom ceiling, the wall paper falling of at joint sections.
Not sure if all rooms are in poor condition but the one I had on the 12th floor.
