I thoroughly enjoy staying at the Intercontinental. I find that not only is the staff beyond accommodating and kind, but the location and the facility itself are perfect. You don't even need to leave the property to enjoy your stay in toronto. The pool is very clean and attached to the spa and gym. You tell that the cleaning stuff uphold to the highest standards. You could eat off of our bathroom floor. The room service woman was exponentially kind and informative. We absolutely loved the food from Azure. We decided to order to the room because we spent a lot of time swimming. The food arrived quick and it was hot. I have to say that they were some of the best french fries I've ever had as a side before. I would also like to add, if you are reading this and looking for a location that offers an easy connection to sites in Toronto. Union station is a 2 minute walk, the Easton Center was a 15 minute walk and its neighbors to the Skydome and CN Tower. The lobby offered hot chocolate and s'mores, and it was decorated lovely for the holiday season. I have been to this property several times before, and we will continue coming to this property because of the outstanding service. 10/10 *chefs kiss* Sidenote: try the duck confit if you visit Azure!

We had a lovely stay at the intercontinental when visiting for a Christmas party. The check in was very smooth with no wait, hotel lobby was gorgeously decorated with festive lights. First impressions were excellent. Staff were very kind and helpful. We ate a light dinner at the restaurant and the ravioli was divine. Thanks to the chef. Our room was very comfortable with good bedding and a lovely view . It was nice and quiet at night and I’m a very light sleeper so this was appreciated. We had big windows and it was spacious and bright and not cramped like so many hotel rooms are. The pool and steam room were great amenities and the gym is small but well equipped. Room decor could use a little updating - it was very brown and a bit dated but since it was comfortable and had everything we needed we did not mind , it was just a bit underwhelming on arrival but then the view makes up for it. The shower was great with good water pressure and nice products. We would have appreciated more than one coffee pod each for the morning coffee but again these are small things . Overall a lovely stay in a very nice, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel. You are right downtown but don’t listen to the noise of being right downtown. Lovely view and everything is at your fingertips . The service was excellent from staff

Very accommodating staff - they allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier once our room was available. Lobby is very spacious and very nice. Room was very clean with most that you'll need for a stay, aside from a microwave. Location is superb - walking distance to major attractions like the CN tower, aquarium and Rogers to name a few.
