Excellent!!! A . Room was great. Front staff were awesome. Concierge was awesome. Bar staff were awesome [Patrick was exceptional and should be promoted to more challenging positions. I can easily see him as a hotel manager].

We encountered a couple of issues but they were addressed by the hotel on check out. The hotel was perfectly located in the pedestrian village and was an easy walk to everything. Recommend the valet parking as it was cheaper than the public parking lot. The restaurant was amazing and you get a $15 credit every time you dine there.

It was a great day. The nicest thing was the quality of the people who work there. Very nice and eager to help. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The only thing where the renovations is taking place which made it a little bit ugly at the entrance and by the Jacuzzi, we were not worn at the time of making the reservation that there would be renovations taking place. But in any case it is a very nice hotel where we would happily go back anytime.

The room was comfortable, wish they would vacuum the carpet in between guests also was disappointing that in spite of the room not being sold to anyone else on the day of our departure, I was told that they could only provide a 30 min extension for late checkout as I had not booked directly with the hotel but through Expedia…this has never happened to me anywhere else in all my travels, usually most hotels will easily provide a one hour late checkout extension, providing the room is not already needed for another same day check in… outside of this experience, the rest of the staff was very nice… I imagine the weekend crew needs more customer service training..

The property is beautiful. Pool and hot tub area are very nice. The valets at check in were on point and extremely helpful. Check in was a little hectic and we weren’t given any map or explanation of amenities but we figured everything out. Unfortunately, the wrong card was charged at check out.
The room was beautiful. Only negative was the queen mattress which was very soft and we kept sinking in the middle. It was a bit difficult to sleep.
We would definitely stay again except ask for a king sized bed and double check the charges the evening before check out.

Overall had a “good” stay at the Westin. But the property is in desperate need of renovation. They’re indeed working on it. But because of the reno there are places inaccesible (lobby, bar, etc). The room was spacious but seriously dated and not in great condition. Might consider coming back when it’s entirely renovated. But right now it felt expensive for what we got.
