I’d stay here any time, the staff were incredible accommodating and friendly. They let me stay where I had nowhere to go and even though the pool was closed the stay was well worth it!!

I loved that it had an indoor pool and hot tub, good customer service, close to restaurants and trans canadas highway, plus its only 20 mins from the airport!

Old Ramada and shows it.
Clean room and property.

Other than poor signage (precious name of hotel still prominent), the check in process was fine, this hotel was very questionable for cleanliness, quality, and safety. The entrance door to the building with the rooms had no lock, and the interiors are in desperate need for renovations. The first thing we noticed was feces on the stairs leading up to the second floor, where our room was. Bedding was stained and the bath tub and sink, along with their fixtures, were in very poor condition. The room appeared dirty overall. We stepped out for dinner and when we returned, our room key card wouldn’t work, and we were told that being near cell phones sometimes deactivated the cards. We decided to not stay, and move elsewhere for the evening. Unfortunately, the hotel would not give us a refund. Wish we could have seen the hotel in person before booking, and that the online photos weren’t so deceiving.

This is a former Ramada and is horrible. No smoking room smells sooo bad. Carpet is dirty and sticky. Bathtub dirty. Room is freezing even with heat turned up to 90 for hours. Stay at your own risk. Could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for same price.

Rooms need some attention. Bathroom fans are ridiculously loud. There's swelling wood in the bathrooms from water damage. And the curtains fell down over trying to open them, with rips to boot.

This is an old Ramada - the sign is still up.
No renovations done yet.
Staff are not overly friendly and are jot knowledgeable about the area - no interest in helping to answer questions.

It was a sketchy area, not clean at all the tub was leaking and nothing was done about it, my family was scared and felt unsafe there were people trying to get into other peoples rooms it was a terrifying experience

This hotel is abysmal. It's old. It's dirty. The sheets on the bed were dirty. There was no remote for the tv. I wouldn't be surprised if they rented rooms by the hour. The one positive was the counter person was well mannered and attentive. I will never stay at this hotel again.

This hotel needs a lot of renovation, especially the bathroom ... wouldn't take a shower. Discovered after returning to our room after 11 that the door to the outside wasn't locked and could not be locked - big safety concern.
