I liked the responsiveness of the staff and their availability. The air wasn't on and way above my reach and someone came from the office and turned it on.
I would have liked to had a cool room to move into when I arrived, but appreciated the fix.
The place was clean--very BARE-Minimum for comfort. I expected more and was disappointed.

J'aime ce motel, j'y ai séjourné à maintes reprises au fil du temps. Le rapport qualité/prix est respectable, la chambre assez confortable et en famille, il y a des espaces verts et une piscine chauffée qui rend le séjour agréable. Cependant, cette fois-ci, un peu plus déçu. Problème de fourmis dans notre chambre et la poignée de porte quasi décapitée.

The property was very clean. The pool was nice but smelt like fresh paint. My swim trunks smlled like paint even.
Room was spacious. Walls are thin. Had knocking and slamming on the walls beside us.
Stayed here for the weekend for F1. 50 min from the island. For the price compared to other hotels in montreal ......it was a steal.

We stayed in Bonsoir for a competition of children. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Convenient to get to the main area of Granby, and the playground is very nice. Will come back in summer.

If you are looking for affordable and great value for money. This is it. Owners are great and helpful. Location is around 1 hour from airport. Close to walmart, tim horton and other food places. No complains. I will come back to this place if im back in Montreal.

I enjoyed the charm of this property. There is plenty of space in and around the rooms. My room was warm and comfortable.
The staff are pleasant to talk to, and made me feel welcomed.
My favorite part of the room were the wooden ceilings.

We booked the "romantic room". Many deficiencies: no curtains to cover window, just sheers. No plastic or proper shower curtain, just a decorative one with holes... the floor was completely wet. No bathroom fan. Corroded hair dryer plug. Found hair on bathroom floor and in between bed sheets. Many light bulbs burnt out or light switches not working. Security chain on door incorrectly installed. Other door with no security chain. Towels were very old and rough and small. Decor from 1980's with old car cassette tape deck near bed. Mirrors covering half of room. Only good thing, mini fridge worked. Did not even try hot tub in room.

Motel Bonsoir provided us with an excellent stay and experience. While it isn't a fancy all inclusive resort, it knows this, and commits to providing a cozy stay that you'll never forget. You'll feel like you're going back in time here, with great 80s decor and a cedar walls that provide a nostalgic aroma. Staff were excellent and provided a warm welcome. Can't wait to come back in the summer and lounge by their wonderful pool. Don't overlook Motel Bonsoir!
