I had a great stay at the Sandman Hotel in Montreal. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic, with a metro station conveniently located right across the street, making it easy to explore the city. My only minor complaint is that there was no microwave in the room, which would have been a nice addition. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Montreal!

Rooms are clean and spacious, parking is convenient and front desk is helpful. Room Service management is not good. Intercome in the room is not working. Just 2 elevators in the 18 floor building and the elevator wait time is high at times. Breakfast is on a bit expensive side. convenient location and steps away from metro station. Overall a good place to stay.

I did not stay at the hotel. Our flight was cancelled by Air Canada and went to next day flight. I tried calking the hotel to cancel before the check in time and told me there is nothing they can do and will still charge me. I am very dissapointed that I was charge for something I cant control. Hoping to give a consideration to refund me atleast half of what they charged.

Heater needed to be calibrated and I think the shower had hard water so my skin was super dry. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast either could be better. But otherwise ok stay if short term

What I loved about the property was the cleanness. Our room was very clean, beds were soft, and comfortable. Receptionists were friendly, and helpful. I like the fact that they have a swimming pool, and gym at the facility. Parking was free, and close to shopping centres.
The breakfast menu needs a lot of upgrade though, a lot of carbs, and very little protein option.They could definitely do better with the breakfast menu. My overall stay was very relaxing, and enjoyable. I will definable visit again.
