If you're looking for a place to sleep, enjoy the the area of Cavendish without a bunch of tourists, then book this place in September. It's not fancy, but you get a bed, a bathroom and a very friendly chef for the free breakfast.

Lovely spot, rooms could use a bit of updating but overall it was a great stay. Pool is a bit cold but nice and the hot breakfast was fantastic!!!!

Great location with access to biking trails and in walking distance to Green Gables site. Most businesses and restaurants in area were closed for the season. Very good breakfast choices.

Our room was fine. Clean. Roomy. When I booked I was assured our room would be wheelchair accessible. We had a wide grass area to cross and 3 steps up to our room. 😖 We arrived after dark and hungry. Guy at front desk sent us 15-20kms down the road to restaurants that could be open. Never saw any. Drove back to our cabin and in the parking lot is a wonderful restaurant - Lost Anchor. Food was amazing. Motel owner won’t recommend them.😖 Our room included hot breakfast. First day it was great. Second morning it was closed at 9:30. It was to be open till 10. 😖 because of staff negative attitude, I’d not recommend this place.

It is just very outdated. The upstairs balcony was very spongy and didn’t feel safe. Breakfast was very good and the staff is very friendly.

Long outdoor walkway seemed a bit "spongy". Bathroom was very very tight. Lamp did not work. Sheets on one bed were very wrinkled - either not made right or previously used (hope not)
