An amazing hotel next to a shopping mall where you find everything, the downside is the construction which creates chaotic traffic at the entrance. Other than that, it was a great stay for me.

Overall, I like this hotel. This is the second time I've stayed here. But the only problem is their heating system. It's always on. It was hot in my room. You can't turn it down or turn the AC on.

The first room we had, the hair dryer was not working and the roof was leaking. The staff was quick to respond and change our room. The second room the battery in the weight person was too low so we couldn't weight our luggage. The quality of an hotel is affected by those small details.

Fantastic. A true five star hotel. I just find it odd that the hotel itself doesn't have a website dedicated to it. The view though was amazing and the the room was luxurious. And of course, having a mall connected to it is as convenient and fun as it sounds.

Very nice centrally located hotel. Public areas as well as the room nicely appointed, all amenities that you would expect from an international 5 star hotel. The only problem is the low level of English proficiency which makes it difficult to order a meal let alone accomplish more complicated tasks. I’m sure they are working hard on improving this.
