Good location and employee are so friendly also the breakfast are delicious and in the 14 floor have the panoramic view of the city of Medellin.

They give you no choice, but to wear a orange wristband for your entire stay and they charge you six thousand pesos per person for the wristbands, it says nowhere in the Expedia app when I booked online for the additional charges, The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos, but nice view from the 20th floor…

Check-in process was very slow and the office was inside the parkade which seemed a little shady. There was no soap in the bathrooms which kept us from showering properly.

The apartment and view was amazing. We loved the location. I gave it a 4 star because of the lack of amenities. The pool was small, only had 4 lounge chairs, dining area small, breakfast variety not the greatest, and the elevator was small so wait time to the 20th floor (where pool and breakfast located) was long.

Overall property experience was above average my only disappointment was the breakfast that was included in our stay was less than average. It was the same things everyday no variety wuth options. It was just eggs and toast and it was served like that everyday. It would have beem nive to have options like hashbrowns or some kind of potatoe to compliment the dish. And the last disappointment was the pool. At 6 pm the pool closes i thought this was ridiculous to early for any pool to close. Guests are just getting comfortable then they tell you to leave.

Only thing going for this property is the size, it is spacious, everything else? Well read below.
1) no hot water, told the reception, they said ok. As is thanks for letting them know and that's it.
2) dust, hair and everything else below all furniture
3) somehow room service comes and take the towels away! Have to go down everytime to get towels.
4) to service what's so every, had to take my 7 bags luggage up by myself.
5) one roach in the bathroom.
6) outdoor cheap and broken furniture is used inside the apartment.
7) have to walk through a parking to speak with the managment office. They are rude, the managment is. The staff such as breakfast and laundry, they are very kind.
Tried to simplify it as much as possible.
