The place is good, the carpet in the room needs a deep clean.

Really Good Trip room was clean and staff were polite and helpful

Disappointing Stay We are incredibly dissatisfied with our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Hammersmith. As soon as we got to our room, we noticed that the carpet was wet at the foot of the bed, which seemed to have been a large spill of coffee. We notified the reception immediately, and to be fair, they asked if we would like to move, but since we were already unpacking our stuff, we figured we would let it pass. However, the most terrible issue was the non-functioning toilet. Despite reporting the problem to the front desk and having someone attend, the fix was temporary at best. The lack of attention to detail and poor maintenance of the rooms (the body wash bottle is empty) is unacceptable. For the price point, we expect nothing luxurious, but at least something clean and things that work. Employees are polite and try to do their job, but it’s troublesome and stressful for our family of four as we want to enjoy your vacation. You’re better off staying in Zone 1 and hopefully in a better hotel. We don’t recommend this one.

La primera noche, tuvimos problemas para poner la calefacción ya que en el termostato indicaba que para "heater" había que poner el aire en determinada posición y eso no generaba calor. Tuvimos que acudir a un miembro del hotel, que nos indico que el AC no generaba calor y puso en marcha un radiador situado en la pared. Deberían revisar las instrucciones para saber cómo activar el frio/calor. Y sería deseable que estuviera en varios idiomas.

Great hotel for money but strange no wardrobe or hangers

My stay was short but the property is close to nearly everything one might want to make an holiday fun- restaurant, stores, movies even a train station so you move around quickly. It was a great place to stay. The one thing though is, the stafff can be more accommodating and warm. Otherwise a lovely place to stay and I would stay again.

Overall basic but clean Bathrooms needed a refresh, loose tiles on floor and needed a spruce up Breakfast was overcooked and not always hot enough, we ate elsewhere

Property is a very nice place to stay, very clean and is in a good neighborhood for waking to the underground, which was about a 5 minute walk. The included daily breakfast was also a great plus! That would give it a 5 out of 5 stars for us, but i have to take away a star because of the banging house keeping door every morning. That was a major downside for us, because we were in room 444, which was right next to the house keeping office. So, first thing every morning we heard the door to the office opening and closing (loud banging sound) . It was really annoying and very loud. It did just happen once or twice. I actually counted the banging 8 times in 5 minutes and it continued all morning. It was waking us up every day. Maybe the hotel could install a rubber bumper that could absorb the banging when the door is closed and advise their housekeeping staff to be more considerate when pulling the door shut.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and seemed like it had all been recently furnished. The bathroom in particular was lovely. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and staff were constantly replenishing. The hotel was well situated.

Stayed 4 Nights. 1st night there was no A/C in our room and it was HOT, did not sleep well at all. Desk admin came up to the room and turned the fan to low and said it was fixed. No more noise but no A/C and said there were no rooms to move us into. Next morning we were able to speak with a front desk clerk who changed our room and we were able to sleep in A/C the last three nights. Breakfast is a zoo, food is good. Best quite rooms would be Odd numbered room closer to King St. The restaurant / bar next door has very good food and cheap beer (best prices around). After the first night overall good stay.
