Pleasant room and breakfast was reasonable but it was extremely difficult/complicatef to operate both the air conditioning and the lighting systems in the room.

Very nice hotel .Good reception, small but adequate room,comfortable bed great shower and great breakfast .The only grime was the remote control for the TV very sticky

Room was small, couldn’t work the light system, phone not connected . Bed linen not warm enough and no extra blankets available.

The alarm went off in the middle of the night because a guest was smoking in the room and the. The alarm in the hallway broke and no one could fix it for hours because the manager was not there. Rooms extremely small, not best use of space. Breakfast not great

Reception staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The room itself was clean, however we were located on the bottom floor, right next to the breakfast area. Whenever the door to another room, corridor or the breakfast area opened our door would bang as it didn't sit properly in the latch, consequently we didn't get much sleep as the door was banging during the night and early morning. The only window in the room looked into the breakfast room, so we couldn't open the curtains in the room at all.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Stayed for a night but hot water in the shower doesn’t work, but I did the staff know and they went to check it out right away..Breakfast was ok .. coffee machine wasn’t working but it’s not a big deal cause you can get tea or some orange juice or apple juice.. not a big choice of breakfast but it was ok ..

The KPH is good for a 1-2 night stay only, IMO. My partner and I booked for 6 nights and ended up moving rooms 3 times trying to get a better room because the first room was in the basement, which we didn't like. Positives: staff are very nice, friendly, and accommodating; very clean; nicely appointed interiors; comfortable beds with decent bed linens; lots of hot water and good water pressure; in-house breakfast was fine in a day-lit basement level dining room adjacent to the back garden; great walkable neighborhood close to shops and transit. Negatives: biggest dislike are the shower stalls; 2 bathrooms had shower curtains and 1 did not; the shower curtains end about 6-8 inches above the floor and there is no barrier to contain the shower water, so it floods the tiled bathroom floor, unless you construct a barrier out of multiple towels. The light switches are difficult to use and don't work consistently. Booked a "Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed", but did not feel I got what I paid for until we moved to the 3rd room, which was on the ground level (first level in U.S.). Watch out for being shoved in the basement!

Helpful friendly staff. Lovely room with nice breakfast. Olympis station is 100 yards away.

A friendly hotel in a quiet and safe area. The rooms are compact but comfortable and nicely furnished. Good transport links for the city. Nice areas locally to walk around and visit. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Super impressed with the KPH. I’m in London weekly for work and move about quite often. This is most certainly up there with value for money and friendliness of staff. Notably, I witnessed on several occasions staff members out on the front entrance and pavement regularly cleaning and tending to litter removal. You don’t see that v often. The room was v quiet as only 2 rooms per sub-corridor - great! The only downside was being unable to activate WiFi during my stay - potentially my devices but I was unfortunately unable to use WiFi for work meetings. I would however return. Lovely peaceful location, great staff and overall a v good product offering. Thanks team KPH.

This was a lovely hotel and the staff was very pleasant. Our room was very small and a queen size bed when we had booked a king size.

The hotel was a nice place. The only complaint we had was we didn’t have a shower curtain and the bathroom was soaked after each shower. We talked to the front desk and he said he would take care of it but we didn’t see a change while we were there.

A lovely hotel, perfect location if attending Olympia events.Modern and spotlessly clean, helpful staff. Breakfast was good . Unfortunately the TV wasnt working properly and i could only get Ch4, no sound or signal on other channels, this was disappointing for me as i as looking forward to settling down to watch TV in peace in the evening. I ordered food to be delivered in via the App provided, it took 80mins to arrive an was cold ( i ordered chicken burger and chips) hotel staff heated it up for me in their microwave. I would stay here again, staff are friendly and helpful

Light switches were a nightmare. On and off would be more than adequate. Receptionist had disappeared when we arrived. Good location though and a nice breakfast.
