Not the most up to date hotel. Confusing confirmation name of hotel to the one at the hotel entrance. Room ok needs updating no USB socket. Generally ok for price breakfast was quite disappointing too. But value for money with no frills.

The building was cold especially the restaurant. Car park was expensive £35 , I know it was a match day but even so.We paid for half board but wasn’t told until we sat down we had to select from a different menu! Although very clean the hotel looked tired. We must say the staff we first class.

We had an issue with heating but staff sorted it with a portable heater very quickly to our satisfaction and the sign with a good hotel and level of service is an issue being sorted out quickly, professionally and politely

Where to begin? I have been coming to this property since it opened in 2009, when it was a Marriott hotel. In April, Marriott backed away, possibly because of the high rent demanded by the RFU and Radisson took up the reins. It is convenient for me to stay here but, man, does it need renovating. It is old and tired and I honestly believe nothing has been touched since 2009. I have complained in the past out of kindness as I wanted to see improvements. Sadly, nothing has changed although I believe they are proposing to renovate it. About time too!! From the threadbare carpets to the discolouration in the shower, the damaged, marked and OLD furniture, it is not good enough any more. A big plus though was the much-improved Wi-Fi speed. Thanks!! Staff were friendly but this 'old lady' badly needs a makeover.

Only giving a good review as opposed to excellent and that was purely down to the room heating. For some reason the room ac was set so high and could not be changed and this was with quite a few other guests too. I mean 28.5° was very uncomfortable to sleep in. They did supply portable fans but these just blew the warm air around the room. Credit where credit is due, they did try their best. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Service at reception very poor, as if reception staff did not understand English. Checking in took too long. Tea bags and shower gel and water not replaced in my room - I requested that they should be supplied but were not delivered. Worst, I have been charged a pre-authorisation fee to my credit card on top of my room stay and have been told it will take up to five days to refund - unacceptable.
The hotel is trading on the Twickenham stadium name and has a "captive" audience as such. The Rugby Football Union should be made aware that the hotel brings it no credit.

Have stayed her happily twice before. Not this time.
Car parking has now changed significantly - from entering gate d and driving round to the west side of the hotel and a couple hundred metre walk. Not now - now longer drive up the road and on to north car park - could not park and walk my little children 800m on own down busy main road. When I asked is this a permanent change - they said they don’t know. This change should be communicated.
Room is on the inside of hotel - so no daylight in winter. Window wouldn’t open. Room with air con on never went below 26 degrees. Tv didn’t work and wires out and frayed in the back.
Will not stay here again.

Stayed here for visit to rugby- two nights but won’t come back. Poor service and basic housekeeping, unable to answer basic question about where rugby tour started. Poor communication with customer. Be careful - “pre-authorisation” meant I was actually charged for something I didn’t have so needed a refund. Sharp practice!
