This was a lovely flat with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen and a longe. The sofa was not to comfortable to sit in, but it was also a sleeper couch, so it may be more comfortable to sleep on. The flat was easy to get to from London Bridge or Borough Station. It was also easy to get on busses near the hotel. The reception was manned 24/7, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would love to stay there again.

The location is perfect, the space is great, the staff are lovely. The floor was dirty (take slippers to wear), my wifi did not work and was not fixed during my 3 night stay despite reporting it twice (I was given the login for the next door room to use), there was no phone in the room so I had to go down to reception anytime I needed to speak to someone, the bath plug did not seal properly so a bath could not be drawn, and even if it could the hot water took 2 hours to heat and then lasted 2 minutes (the shower was always hot).

Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again.

Overall the apartments are lovely and location perfect and well equipped. The sofa was quite uncomfortable and for us the bed was too hard but it’s a great size. Loved the size of the appartment and the little balcony was a bonus. Lovely and warm, great bathroom and great value for money.

Great spot if you plan on enjoying the Borough Market and surrounding area (which we love!). The Market Porter Pub is great too, if you're looking for a spot to eat at?!)

Clean, nice location, with a supermarket downstairs. The only bad thing was that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly no matter what. Great to have a washer and dryer

Lovely apartment, spacious and clean, and in a perfect area just 5 minutes from London Bridge. Comfortable bed and pillows and a decent hair dryer! I’d happily stay there long term as it’s a great size for a solo person or couple.

Very surly gentleman who allowed me an extended checkout but failed to collect payment, which meant that I was harassed twice before I actually left

This apartment is so good for my family. The room is large and equipment is enough. We are happy to stay at this apartment.

When I entered the apartment, there was a strong smell of burnt plastic. I reported this to the receptionist, who came to the room, sniffed the air, and dismissively said she couldn’t smell anything. When I asked if she had asthma, which might explain her inability to detect the odor, she rudely replied, ‘No.’ Her attitude was very rude and condescending. She told me that if I wanted to change rooms, I would need to pay extra. I clarified that I wasn’t asking for an upgrade, just a non-smelly room, and even offered to wait until the next day to see if the odor would dissipate. I asked if I could open the windows, but she simply replied, ‘I don’t know,’ in a dismissive manner. On top of that, the room view wasn’t as advertised. Even though I was staying for five days, I was told I’d have to pay extra for basic amenities like towels. I raised complaints with both Expedia and the hotel, but I was completely ignored. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing especially zero support from expedia too just quoting there is no refund policy. I emphasised i called eith 5 mins still no one listened.

The price paid for these rooms was extortionate. The bedroom and bedding smelt of stale smoke from a previous occupant. The apartment next door had an eviction notice on the door. Felt more like student halls. Not good value for money considering what we paid. The location is very handy but the apartment was very average. I would never stay at this place again.
