Staff really friendly and helpful, let us check in 3 hours early with no charge! Recieved a free welcome cocktail and an additional free drink for my birthday! Lovely modern hotel, nice rooms, very good powerful shower would definitely stay here again. Only negative is that you can’t change the aircon temperature in the room. It was set at 26 so had to have the window open for our entire stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We were surprised that breakfast was included as it did not specify this on our booking however the range of breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean and decorated well. The only thing I would say is that the rooms got very hot, this seemed to be a common issue when we spoke to other guest and didn’t get much relief from opening the window. I would also advised getting there earlier to reserve a parking space as they are very limited and the nearest parking is 0.8 miles away.

Stayed 1 night at the Moxy Chester, having previously stayed at the Moxy in Manchester. Did not disappoint. Set on the canal, easy to reach the centre. Staff were wonderful, lovely relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

Not sure about the breakfast. Admittedly I had breakfast at 9.30 and it finishes at 10.00 but the cooked was poor and the available pastries had seen better days.

A really good impression of the hotel...good service, room was warm, comfortable and ideal for our nightly rate, trumped with a welcome cocktail and breakfast included. Breakfast was impressive and happy with the atmosphere......the only issue I have is with the slamming doors during the night.

Reception staff Ryan and Jack and the morning staff were very helpful.I was moved to another room because the tv was not working.I was also given a free breakfast.Thanks
Bed was great. tv worked in new room.
I do have to say though and it is possible covid nose is to blame but the last two times I have stayed at Moxy the bathrooms have smelt a little off.I am a totaly damp expert or plumbing attack dog so it might be worth looking at, but otherwise great.No offence.
