Stayed here with the kids over Christmas and we had a lovely time. Facilities were clean and everything worked perfectly including the shower, fridge and chrome cast on the TV which made our stay much more comfortable than we’ve been at some other well known hotels. Room service was completed daily.
Parking was easy to pre-book, plus it’s secured underground.
The location was really good as the kids and I took frequent short walks and getting into the main tourist areas of central London was just two or three bus stops away. The whole experience was just stress free and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
We would definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit London.

Good room with coffee maker, but I have trouble when my hotel voucher include with breakfast, but hotel person said not included, and I need to pay for breakfast. No asian breakfast.

Hotel was very near from Bigben, only 10 minutes walking. it was clean. the reception was very nice and helpful. They served us well and help us to find a taxi from Hotel to Station. I might stay to Novotel waterloo if I back to london.
