Only stayed one night, but good little hotel about 10 mins walk from the tube station. Room was clean, modern and comfortable and bathroom was very modern with a lovely big shower. I was so pleased when I realised the TV was smart! The wifi was really good as I watched about an hour of Netflix without any issue.
Great service too - when I arrived I was given a much needed bottle of water and there was free fruit in the foyer, though I could have done with more than one tea bag (in the room)! Also maybe an idea to have an extra blanket in the wardrobe, as I got a little cold in bed.

Very pleasantly surprised - especially for the price. Hotel is perfectly located for London Excel. Room was very small. But it was clean, comfortable and had everything i needed (Tv, hairdryer, iron tea, coffee, showers gel, towels). Bed was really comfy. Customer service was outstanding. We were staying in the anex, but the guy at reception walked us over and took us to our rooms. Then showed us where to park (there is a carpark but it was full- but he was able to give us a permit for on street parking). Also really helpful with directions and local info. The only downside of our stay was that it was very noisy on the Friday. But not the hotel's fault. Just lots of noisy inconsiderate guests coming in at all hours. Saturday was nice and quite. Would definitely stay there again if going to the Excel.

Nice room is small but comfortable and clean, thats one of my big things when I travel to hotel if its clean. Im a busy person so I like to be accommodated very well.

Stay was pleasant, we stayed in annex building across the street from main hotel and part of a street of shops/houses. Room was small but adequate for our needs, rooms on a busy road so could hear traffic most of the evening. Check in/out was quick and staff friendly.

Good deal for the price. At a walking distance from the DLR. The attic single room didn’t have adequate sound proofing, so despite closing the window, you could pretty much hear every car passing on the street, which can be difficult for light sleepers. Big overall , was a good deal.

This was a pleasant well kept hotel and within a 7 minute walk to the TFL. It has secure parking and good Wifi.
Showers are decent, and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely use again. If I had one complaint, it would be the breakfast. There is no option of bacon on the menu. (found that odd), and the coffee is instant. if you can live with that, I would Recommend.

Kept up all night by other occupants. Loud disturbance at first outside then continued outside our room until 4am in the morning. We booked tne hotel as we were competing in a fitness event however die to the lack of sleep it didnt give us the rested sleep we required

This was a really good stay and really good rates for London. The hotel is walking distance to the station and very close to the excel. The staff were really friendly and upgraded us to a family room. The room was clean and had tea and coffee. There is a secure car park which is locked up. Overall I was happy with the stay and service. Will definitely book again in the future 😊

This was an alternative stay that I booked after them first stay turned out to be a disaster. I stayed in a recently finished, modern annex.
Nothing negative to mention about this stay apart from the fact that I would’ve liked access to the building to be more flexible for non-residents. You cannot buzz anyone in; you have to personally walk down and open the door for them.
I do, however, understand that this is done in the interest of safety for all hotel residents.
