We had a lovely time at the Sofitel St James. The staff was very accommodating and so just so nice. Everyone had such a positive attitude and really seemed to enjoy their job. The location is great and I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Property was excellent and the shower is amazing in the room.

I really enjoyed staying at this Sofitel location. Very convenient to walk around the shops, restaurants and tourists locations. Very friendly staff and great room upgrade which was appreciated.
