Nice clean modern hotel, room was compact but nice comfortable bed and fantastic shower . We had a club room which had a coffee machine and access to pool / gym which we didn’t use . Hotel was just on the outskirts of Pompey but not too far out .

Everything about this hotel was great for us, it is spotlessly clean and has a new feel. The staff are super friendly and efficient. We did not try the hreakfast so cannot comment on that, but we did visit the pool and spa twice, both very good experiences.

Very good, excellent gym, pool and sauna were great, breakfast was good. Just would have been nice if the “club room” was a little larger. Other Village hotels I have stayed in have had larger rooms.

Not bad at all for an overnight stay, we stayed for two nights. They certainly could improve in some areas, starting by putting glasses in the room, the rooms only had small tea cups. Pillows could also do with upgrading so they are not as hard. The room was Ok, not very big, only one small spot to hang clothes, only USB points near the beds the lamp sockets are very strangely not regular sockets so I couldn't plug my CPAP machine in next to the bed! The bar with food was quite expensive and the food below average but other options are available nearby

Cant call down for housekeeping/room service have to do online chat which took forever. Return to a call down service please. Breakfast was told cant order eggs sunny side up as cooker was not working. No slippers given either wouldnt say four star hotel.
