Very clean place. Distance walking about 10min to Tram! Nice staff very courteous. I will definitely stayed there again, if I will return to Paris for a visit. Quiet and nice neighborhood.

The property is clean and neat. However, at night there is no bus that takes you to the Hotel, you have to walk 10 minutes to get there in the total darkness which feels unsafe.

Lovely room with large roomy balcony. Great amenities(built-in hot plate, full dishes, cups, utensils. Great bed. Very clean. Front desk staff friendly & helpful.
Only complaint—no housekeeping service the entire time, even though we put the maid sign before leaving all but the first day.

The suite was nice and plenty big enough. It would be better if there was washing up liquid and cloths to clean up after using the dishes and glassware. I took a kettle as it stated there was a toaster but no kettle this was incorrect there was a kettle but no toaster!
Special thanks to the staff member that let me borrow her I phone charger on Sunday.

The hotel has great potential. It is newly updated and has a petit gym that has air conditionng. The rooms do not have air conditioning . I came in the middle of summer so it made it a hot stay but I got used to it. I booked well in advance and got a great value for my extended stay. They clean the room once a week. Unfortunately, i experienced bed bug bites which made for a miserable sleep. The manager was nice enough to change me to another room and I had to wash all my belongings. Beside this unfortunate occurrence, I would say it is a good property. It is about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris city center. They have a great shower with a glass door. The cleaning staff was nice and helpful. Sonja was very attentive to get me an extra pillow as there was only one small one on the bed. I appreciate the eagerness to assist to try to make our stay better.

Staff barely speaks english translator must be used to communicate. Alarms kept going off all hours of the day and night. I stayed 3 nights. Everything else was great.

Stayed at the apartment with son for his 21st. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping was immaculate. I enjoyed the peace in the Sauna which I find soothingly spacious and roomy. It is easily accessible from most places we visited. Looking forward to going back next year for Roland Garros.

Absolutely awful experience. Firstly, I was told that it was not 'not possible' that the pans were dirty and told to take a picture in order to get some washing up liquid! Then whilst cooking with the fan on and window open the fire alarm went off. We received a knock in the door with a very aggressive and rude member of staff trying to enter the room with my half dressed wife, telling us we had caused the issue and that I should open the windows and turn on the pan (which we had done from the start). We went down to reception to complain and the same man began to shout and accuse us again in front of customers. A massive argument ensued. The room also absolutely stank of dirty water and nothing was cleaned properly. The bed was uncomfortable and against a wall. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel and I have staying in thousands. Do NOT go anywhere near this place.
