Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. They had everything you need. Swimming pool, washer/driers downstairs, perfectly equipped kitchenette in apartment, mini-shop in reception. The location is brilliant for a stay in Marseille. 2 min walk from Perrier Subway station, opposite Prado Perrier bus stop (with buses to Cassis and Prado beach). Patisserie opposite and Carrefour a short walk. Apartments small but not too small. If we come to Marseille again, we’ll most definitely stay here. Shopping centre at next subway station.

For the price, it was good. Convenient location, many restaurants in the area. Don't expect any extras here; no hairdryer, no room service/towels for 5 days, etc.

Convenient and quiet. The kitchenette was particularly useful, both in saving money and in reducing exposure. Had some difficulty figuring out the airconditioning Front desk was very helpful.
You need to pay for room cleaning. I did not, and it was fine. But you should know...

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is in a very good location, situated on one of the main access roads into the city. Close to a metro and bus stations. Good eateries close by. Excellent bakery below the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean and functional.Staff were friendly and helpful.Access to upper floors by lift. Parking available. WiFi worked well. Breakfast available however we did not avail of it. Overall, would recommend to others.

The stay at this property was terrible . Never again .
It was filthy , there was no cleaner , so same sheets all week had to take out rubbish ourselves , they charged for towels .
The only positive thing is the location other than that very poor and I advise anyone to visit to stay clear . Worst experience

Hotel entrance is hard to find. The access is through a car parking entrance.
Room was very clean. But very limited accessories, no tissue for example, and only one towel. You had to pay extra for changing bed sheets or towels.
If you are planning to cook, it had a good amount of cookware.
In general, this is a good and clean budget hotel.

Well situated. Easy access by Metro from St Charles station to Perier. Supermarket two streets away. Studio room, rather small but with proper comfortable bed. Usual self-catering facilities. Everything worked correctly. Quiet, because set back from the street. All staff friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Very nice and comfy room, awesome bathroom, comfy beds, good quality of sleep but location a bit inconvenient (you must get taxi from the airport to get to this hotel, you pay about 10 euros, hotel is located 2 mins drive from the airport but you can't walk there!!)

The hotel is good and the staff was very nice.
The only negative I have to say is despite the fact that we were staying in a non-smoking room and presumably the entire hotel was non-smoking, we still had some neighbours who decided to not respect those rules. Therefore we had to open the window in the middle of the night (in winter) to air the room that was smelling of cigarettes...

I stayed at this hotel with my partner on a weekend holiday. The cleanliness was not disappointing but the view was rather sad..just a few old ragged down buildings. The bed was a bit too hard to sleep on too, but the pillows made up for it. If you do stay at this hotel however, the best advice I can give is DO NOT pay for breakfast there, it was horrible - £9 for bread and butter. I tried to cook an egg but some of the rather greedy residents would not move away from the cooker..Anyway, we also missed out on the pool which is closed "until further notice" and there was no mention of that at all when I booked it so that was also a downer. The best thing was that it was really close to Perrier metro station and the Port. Walking however would take around 30 minutes-40 minutes. I would recommend staying here but only for business trips, it has absolutely no personality for a couple's or friends trip, but then again it's the company that makes the difference :)

Not much of a view from our room and just above the pool which could be rather noisy. The room itself and kitchenette was very good, but the carpet, though clean, was badly stained which gave the place a shabby look.
The personnel were friendly and helpful, but when I asked them if the Beaux Arts Museum was open they simply referred me to to the Tourist office at the other end of town.
Even in February, the room was too warm. I managed to turn the airconditioning down to 17c on the remote control, but this made little difference.
There's not much to see in the direct area, but a short metro or bus ride will take you the lively Castellane square. From the hotel you can very easily get anywhere in the city by bus or metro.
