This hotel was ideal for us as a family of four. We weren't looking for luxury, we wanted a great location, clean and functional, and this ticked all the boxes. We had a one bedroom unit and there was enough space for us to relax. The small kitchen was ideal for a quick breakfast. Having the free coffee and hot chocolate at the reception was very welcome. The location was brilliant for us, being walkable to a lot of attractions. The reception personnel were helpful and very pleasant. A great stay over the Christmas period. We would stay here again.

After a 8hr flight and arriving to the hotel we were informed that that they were having a yearly maintenance and we had to walk 6 flights of stairs to get to our room. Room maintenance was poor and cheaply done. Culture shock, rooms are small and they don’t have face wash cloths. You don’t have daily cleaning. Overall is just ok. Not my favorite hotel experience.

It’s my first time visiting Paris. I picked this hotel due to the location and they price fairly. Walking distance to everywhere and I love it. When I arrived at 10am, there is a room available so they let me have early check in. When I requested for late check out due to my flight, they extended one hour for me. Very friendly staffs and good communication. Will come back for my next visit

Convenient and location plus kitchenette.
The staff are lovely, the hotel entrance and lobby is a welcoming space and easy drop off point for your taxi/uber.
My room had a lot of noise emanating from the street mostly, sadly the rooms are crying out for a refurbishment being both dated and tired around the edges.

The hotel is in prime location in Saint Germaine des pres. Near to The Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral and has a lot of good dining options at walkable distance. The rooms need to be updated, however, they were clean, spacious and had a complete Kitchenette. You can also do laundry. This is perfect place for families spending more than 3 days.

The location is excellent- walkable to the main tourist attractions, 5 min walk to the trains. Staff were very welcoming, the 24 hr coffee and hot cocoa were delicious! There is washing machines and dryers in the basement for a fee- 5 euros to wash, 4 euros to dry. The reason I won’t go back is it’s very expensive

This is hands down the best location you could ever hope for, directly next to the Seine river and within walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the subway lines, and much much more.
We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the rooms were - we booked the apartment with a living room (fold out couch) and bedroom for our family of 4, and it was more than enough space for all of us to sprawl out. Having a split bathroom meant people could take a shower and also use the bathroom at the same time without having to wait.
Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby at all times was amazing, and the water infused with mint and lemon was so yummy! They even had a plate of chocolate croissants set out one afternoon.
The front desk staff are incredible. This is now our go-to spot for Paris.

The location was good. The Louvre was about a 25 minute walk. There are plenty of cafes and quick marts nearby. The room itself is spacious. However, the carpet looks worn and the AC fan was noisy, but it did keep the room cool. It’s not luxury, but it provided all the basics and then some.

I love the location of this property - it’s perfect and convenient to all that I love to visit. The employees are always so helpful and welcoming. There has never been an issue with communication. I have stayed here 4x in the past 6 years.
