Great location in the city, very close to old town. Rooms are not huge but have character, nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. I had a room up in the attic, marketed as single but ok for two, sloping roof, loved it. Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with upcoming events and guides. Only downside was that wifi on the top floor was patchy... sometimes worked ok sometimes not, it worked on lower floors perfectly well. very happy to recommend

I spent two nights here and found the hotel excellent. As a solo traveller it was walkable from the station and conveniently situated for all facilities. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room had everything I needed and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I especially appreciated the quietness of the hotel and the willingness of the staff to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and feel I was so lucky to have chosen it. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was convenient, close to the train/bus station, 7 minute walk to Old Town. Reception staff was friendly. The cons: no air conditioning available due to “it not being summer anymore”, carpet was not clean and food from previous guests was all over, towels were very thin, bedsheets were pilled and windows would vibrate and rattle with minimal movement inside.

This was a great spot to stay in Annecy. The price is reflective of what you get....our room was small and dated, with worn carpet. The bathroom could use a deep clean. The shower alternates between scalding hot, ice cold, and perfectly heated water. Parking is a few blocks away.
But the staff are fantastic and the location is excellent, plus you get a discount on parking. Very close to all the Old Town sights and shops.
I didn't have breakfast here, but it looked really good.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I was looking for an affordable place to stay that was near the train station and walkable to old annecy and this was perfect! The desk service was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and had character. I world recommend if you're a solo traveler!

It is an older building but they are doing wonderful renovations. The staff that I dealt with, Adelisa, Juergen and Lieve were excellent and very helpful. For the price and location I would stay again. Would like to see a washcloth added to towel ensemble, though.

Lovely hotel by the old town and close to the lake and park. Great friendly staff that want to ensure you are happy. Air conditioning, plenty of hot water and they supplied us with a kettle when we asked for one.

Great location in the heart of downtown, you can walk basically anywhere in the downtown area, without walking out of your bedroom door straight into a restaurant dining area like other hotels in the area. Great balcony view, the room lighting was great.
They had a towel drying rack in the bathroom. Bathroom was quite small though, and shower was close to standing room only. And I am not a big person. The towels were also a little rough and could have been cleaner, (I noticed a hair on one as I dried myself off).
Staff is friendly and accommodating, though you have to leave your key at the front desk whenever you leave which is a bit annoying and lacks privacy, as they will know whenever you come and go into your room.
They offer a breakfast that is around $9 a day, and its quite a sampling of the French breakfast cuisine, better than you could get most anywhere else.
