In an ideal location for trains and trams. Easy walking distance of the beach. Good restaurants within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks in room a nice surprise.i would happily recommend this hotel

Room had bed bugs. Extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. Hotel did not offer any solution or compensation. Avoid at all costs.

Great location and lovely bar on 8th floor. We booked a privilege room in order to hopefully receive one of the renovated bedrooms, in fact it seemed the privilege rooms were the only non renovated rooms on our floor (6th). That’s all I would change!

It was a great stay! We worked with the concierge named Anja who was incredibly helpful. We needed help booking tours through the hotel and she took care of everything for us, she was always checking in to see how we’re doing and if we needed anything. We were also celebrating our engagement and they added a really nice personal touch to our room. Thank you Anja!!! Location was ok, it’s right in city centre so be prepared for it to be busy and packed. Also, everywhere we wanted to walk to was around 20-40min walk. The rooftop pool and bar was very convenient and nice to have during the hot summer months. We did notice there were ants in the room in multiple spots, but our housekeeping came everyday and did a great job with turndowns. Breakfast was not good, felt like it was lacking flavour and options.
